THE IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL TO AN INDIVIDUAL AND SOCIETY

In general, people’s needs are hardly satisfied. They force people to work all day long every day . Have you ever wondered why many people try to do their best to send their children to school and the government spends a lot of money on upgrading and building schools ? The answer may be school plays an important role to an individual and society. My presentation today consists of two main parts . My first main point is that school is a great environment for the young studying,relaxing and completing their personalities . In the second main point,I’ll talk about the special product of school to society .

Let me begin by telling you the first main point,school is a great environment for the young studying,relaxing and completing their personalities . Doyou know what your children do and learn at school ? In kindergarden,your children are taken care of carefully,and here they are taught how to eat , how to speak and how to look after themselves . In primary schools, your children are taught how to read , how to write ; further more, they are also taught customs,  traditions and the natural world around them and how to behave to the others rightly through certain school subjects such as :Literatures, Maths , History, Geography, Morals and so on ; however, what they learn in this stage are basic knowledge , and they will learn more about these in higher educational stages,especially in vocationalschools , your children are prepared well for their own future jobs , so they are ready to go to work after their graduation . Are you following me ? Besides , schools provide the students a lot of healthy activities; for example : sports competetions ,camping, pinic and so on thanks to that your childen have so many chances to get valuable experiences and usefulness from their teachers ,their freinds. That makes them more polite , self-confident and mature in term of behaviour . That completes my overview of the importance of school to an individual . Are you with me ?

So now I would like to move on to the second main point , the special products of school to society . As you know , school products are not goods or something normal in daily life but they are human beings who will be the hosts of the country in the future. Year after year, schools “produce” millions of reliable and qualified people to society, and I do hope that they are moral and potential enough to build up the country which is more powerful and wealthier day and day. So that is the general picture of the  importance of school to society. O.k so far ?

That is my opinion . Let me end my presentation by summarizing what I have said. School plays an inportant role to an individual and society because it is a great environment for the young studying , relaxing and completing their personalities, and it supplies society the special products , human beings.

Before going to the end , I would like to suggest that we, the responsible ones , should pay much more attention to educational terms just because of our children’s future as well as our lovely country
